Every project we undertake shares some key stages, although we will customize these for each client to ensure we deliver precisely the kind of engaging and memorable narrative you seek.
You: Prior to call, define project goals, scope of work and desired format.
S|S: Conduct interview, which will be recorded for easy reference.
You: Provide us with documentation including signed scope of work, non-disclosure agreement and more detailed background information, including a preliminary list of interview subjects. Forward any documents that may be useful. Provide us with agreed-upon down payment. Schedule interview(s) on earliest mutually agreeable date.
S|S: Sign and send non-disclosure agreement to you.. Review background information and interview list. Prepare questions for more in depth and formal interview(s).
S|S: Draft a preliminary project outline in a Microsoft Word file, based on previous interviews, and submit to client within 10 business days. Agree to minor changes or refinements, then craft a detailed project draft, including finalized list of interview subjects and any additional materials, documents needed.
You: Send detailed feedback on this outline to SS within 7 business days.
S|S: Conduct interviews and review documents based on the scope of the work. Alert client to any additional questions that may arise. Send a first complete draft as a Microsoft Word file for client feedback.
You: Provide reasonably detailed written feedback after receiving first complete draft. Provide remainder of first half of fee, due upon submission of revised complete draft.
S|S: Any minor edits for spelling, punctuation, clarity, within one week of project submission will be completed promptly and are included in the fee.
